We are proud to offer a FREE delivery service to all mainland locations. This covers the whole of England, Wales & Scotland (excluding all Ireland)

We use a trusted third party delivery service, they will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery and provide exact slot for day and time of delivery. Our free delivery is to the entrance of a property, or if this is a block of flats, then the ground floor. We do offer ‘Room of choice’ and ‘Bed assembly’ service, this option is available at additional cost when configuring bed options.

1. All our orders come with a standard 7-10 working days delivery time scale. In most cases items are delivered within shorter timescales. **COVID UPDATE – We are experiencing slight delays in delivery times, currently delivery times are up to 12-15 working days**.

2. We deliver on weekends and our operating hours of delivery can vary anytime between 7am to 6pm Monday to Sunday.

3. Please provide a up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message, we will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to give you both a delivery date and time slot, this allows you to prepare for your delivery.

4. If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.

5. Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service that handle your goods, with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the entrance of your delivery address as standard. If you reside in a flat, delivery will be made to the ground floor.

6. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure items will go into the property. If, upon or after delivery, the items do not fit in the property, this will the be classed as a “failed delivery” and you will then be responsible for any “failed delivery” charges or collection charges incurred by ourselves. We kindly request all entrances and openings are measured prior to order.
